The Europe store serves the countries listed below, priced in EUR. Delivery in 2 to 3 days across central Europe, shipped in insulated packaging to keep vials cool in transit. For other countries we ship to, the delivery time is shown at checkout. Shipping options for your address show at checkout. Customs, import duties and local taxes on orders to Great Britain are paid by the recipient. We don't ship to Switzerland, Norway or countries outside Europe and the Americas yet.

We do not accept returns. Products are sealed research materials and cannot be taken back once shipped. If a parcel cannot be delivered, for example because of an incorrect address, contact us and we help correct the address and trace the parcel. If an item arrives damaged, wrong or missing, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos and we send a replacement or a one-time voucher for the affected items, our choice.
