Questions researchers ask.
What does "research use only" mean?
Products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical work. They are not for human or veterinary use, and we don't provide dosing or protocol guidance.
Why two numbers on every tile?
Sequence length and molecular mass are facts of structure. Both appear on the certificate of analysis, so anyone can check that the tile and the vial agree.
How do I read a certificate?
Purity (HPLC) tells you how much of the vial is the target peptide; identity (LC-MS) confirms which peptide it is; net content confirms the milligrams. Each certificate is published with its lot number, on the product page and on the Lab results page.
Which formats do you supply?
Vials only, at the moment: lyophilized powder in a sealed vial, with the lot and certificate on the label QR.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns. Products are sealed research materials and cannot be taken back once shipped. If a parcel cannot be delivered, contact us and we help correct the address and trace the parcel. If an item arrives damaged, wrong or missing, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos and we send a replacement or a one-time voucher for the affected items, our choice.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Europe and the Americas. The US store covers the Americas in USD; the Europe store covers 28 European countries in EUR, including Great Britain. Denmark, Finland and Sweden are delivered to a nearby pickup point, and delivery to Italy and Portugal may take a little longer. We do not ship to Switzerland, Norway or other countries yet. See Shipping & payment for the country list and current rates.
