All products sold by Peptency are intended exclusively for in-vitro research, laboratory analysis and analytical applications. They are not for human or veterinary use, nor for diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any condition. Every order requires a declaration of research use; Peptency refuses orders that contradict it. Products are not evaluated by the FDA, EMA or ANSM.

Prices in euros, VAT included for EU destinations. Orders to Great Britain and Northern Ireland are shown at the same price without VAT, and customs, import duties and local taxes there are paid by the recipient. This store ships to the countries listed on the shipping page (28 across Europe, including Great Britain) from the EU; we do not ship to other countries, including Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland. We do not accept returns. Products are sealed research materials and cannot be taken back once shipped.

Delivery problems: if a parcel cannot be delivered, for example because of an incorrect address, contact us and we help correct the address and trace the parcel.

Problem with your order after delivery (damaged, wrong or missing item): contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We send a replacement or a one-time voucher for the affected items, our choice.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Unopened, sealed items are accepted back only where the law requires it, and this does not affect your statutory rights where they apply.

Order data is used to fulfil and document the order and is never sold. Payment data is processed by the payment provider; Peptency does not store card numbers. The research use declaration made at checkout is kept with its text version, IP address and time for six years, as a legal record. If you sign up for updates, ask to hear when ordering opens or send a lab enquiry, we keep your email address, the form you used, the consent wording you agreed to and the time, and use them only for that purpose. We never sell or share them. Unsubscribe or ask for deletion any time at support@peptency.com.
