Returns

We do not accept returns. Products are sealed research materials and cannot be taken back once shipped.

Delivery problems: if a parcel cannot be delivered, for example because of an incorrect address, contact us and we help correct the address and trace the parcel. Problem with your order after delivery (damaged, wrong or missing item): contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos.

We send a replacement or a one-time voucher for the affected items, our choice. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Unopened, sealed items are accepted back only where the law requires it, and this does not affect your statutory rights where they apply.
